Refund policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Email serena@marlowehouse.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Free return shipping: We cover return shipping for approved returns and provide instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items or where required by law.

Damaged or incorrect items: Email serena@marlowehouse.shop with your order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Email serena@marlowehouse.shop as soon as possible with your order number. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
